Yes, our physiotherapist has advanced training in pelvic health including incontinence, prolapse, postpartum recovery, and pelvic pain.
Comfortable clothing that allows full movement is recommended. Ideally, we'd recommend wearing shorts for lower body concerns, and sleeveless tops for upper body concerns.
There are several infant concerns that our physiotherapy is comfortable addressing including head shape concerns, torticollis, and feeding concerns. For developmental and milestone delays, or pelvic health concerns, we have pediatric physiotherapists in our external referral network that we defer to who are better able to manage these conditions.
While there are some instances where physiotherapy may be covered, such as post-surgical rehabilitation, our physiotherapist does not offer Alberta Health covered appointments.

We invite you to undress to your comfort level. During your massage you will be appropriately draped for your privacy.
We do not. Best practice for prenatal massage is to have our clients in the side lying position once they are no longer comfortable on their stomach. This minimizes pressure on the pelvic tissues, and optimizes joint support.

This depends on what is being treated during the session. In general, we would recommend waiting until the next day for any intensive exercise.
